  1. Do you sell everything genuine?

Each and every product we offer is 100% genuine and sourced directly from the company, we offer genuine and pure lines.

  1. Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within Nepal.

  1. How long will you take to send my order?

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

  1. What are my Payment Options?

Currently, we do accept Esewa Payment. Further, Cash on Delivery option is available in Kathmandu/Bhaktapur/Lalitpur.

  1. Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to our quality check system. However, you can visit your near branch to discover possibilities of replacements.

  1. What If my order arrives damaged?

We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 2 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. If the product is deemed defective we will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please call us in our given emergency customer service number.

We offer discounted rates for special occasions, events, clients, or staff gifting. We do have quantity requirements. Let us know which products and how many you're interested in at info@sorayasbeauty.com We do also offer personalized gift boxes.
